Step 2 - We Assess You Holistically

We thoroughly assess you with a holistic approach. We don't just focus on where the pain is, we identify other body areas that are not doing their job or that may be doing too much and hence leading to the problem. 

Step 3 - Identify Previous Physical and Emotional Stressors

We map out any physical or emotional stressors (at your discretion) which may be holding you back. We often find that previous emotional stresses and traumas can be stored in your soft tissues and can affect the way you move as well as hinder your progress of your current problem. 

Step 4 - Road Map To Recovery/ Treatment Plan

We work out a road map to your full recovery and set some expectations. Everything is bespoke to your needs and desires, whether your goal is to sit comfortably at work, run a marathon, be able to sleep properly or just want some pain relief. We break down each goal into daily actions and give you realistic targets after each session to keep you on track on the journey to recovery.

 Step 5 - Initial Pain Relief

We ease your pain quickly with some hands-on treatment. If things are really acute, we may spend more time around the painful areas but also not neglecting treating the areas in your body which may be leading to your pain. Some of our treatments involve some breathwork to reconnect your body and mind so your reach a more relaxed state and feel less in pain.

 Step 6 - Daily Practices

We give your body the confidence to move again without fear. We give you daily practices to build on from each session and empower you to reach your dream outcome.

 Step 7 - Daily Rehab Videos & Accountability

We email your rehab practice videos after each session to do daily, which will form part of your treatment plan and that fit into your current lifestyle. We are always at hand on the phone or via email to help with any ongoing query or advise you after treatment to make sure you progress between sessions and keep you accountable.

Step 8 - Confidence and Pain Free Life

We watch you grow in confidence with better movements and move towards a pain free lifestyle.
